Hi everyone,
Would you kindly advise me the most efficient way to have the bottom staff from the top? Ideally without rewriting or shifting any music?
I know tuplets are written typically from the outside bracket in in Dorico, however it would be tremendously helpful to be able to edit in the reverse as I input directly into Dorico from other software.

I managed with a few manipulations (and just one note to enter in the end), but there might be a simpler way:

It does look like you need to delete and rewrite the tuplets then… unless there’s a way around this?
Also, the what is the meaning of the e, x and y letters you add to the tuplet values? This would be great to know…
e=eighth
x=16th
y=32nd

You first posted less than a day ago, which is still quite recent – if your issue is urgent, you can always try posting in eg the Facebook group, and copy a link to your forum post (so that it’s easy for anyone reading your duplicate post has an easy way of following any previous discussion).
