Equivalent features windows and mac

In windows it is the combination ctrl>alt and mouse left click and cursor go where you clicked.
What is the equivalent in mac?

AFAICS, in Windows, it’s not the Ctrl + Alt keys combination, but the Shift + Alt one that allows the positioning of the cursor in Cubase arrange window.

From which, the keys combination with MacOS should be Shift + Opt.

You may have changed the key modifier assignment. You can do this in the settings:

Isn’t there a way to make this more flexible like to incorporate scroll(middle) click maybe? Like Ctrl+Alt+middle click =set cursor position will be awesome.
