Equivalent of Elastic Audio / Flex Time in Cubase 8?

Hi guys,

I’m interested to know whether there’s an equivalent feature of Pro Tools’ Elastic Audio / Logic’s Flex Time in Cubase 8?

I know that for several versions of Cubase, it’s been possible to open up an audio take and make flexible timing corrections in an edit window - however, I’d like to know specifically whether this kind of editing can be done within the main tracks window (allowing you to easily zoom in and line up the part you are flex-editing with something in another track in the song).
