I try to download my wavelab 11 in my new computer ant unfortunately erase my account. now I can’t authorize my licenses

Did you actually delete your MySteinberg account or did you just sign out from the Steinberg Activation Manager? You can just login again in the latter case, nothing is lost when you sign out
I actually delete the account with the licenses on it (from my old computer)
In that case I believe you’ll have to contact your local distributor and tell them about the mistake:

Please have a proof of purchase ready. If you bought your licenses from the Steinberg Shop, the receipts were emailed to you.
