Hi, I recently purchased Cubase Elements 11, but have been spending hours troubleshooting why my key is not working. I installed the program but the download assistant doesn’t respond for about 5-10 minutes when I try to activate my code and gives me the error attached. Furthermore, every time I’ve tried to open e-licenser, everything is grayed out and I can only open the “Help” window. Help would be greatly appreciated.
