Error during installing cubase or steinberg download assistant

The installer closes after a few seconds after opening it. I do not understand why it happens.

For the Steinberg download assistant (SDA) to work, it will want to ‘Log in’. For that it will open a web browser and you have to allow signing in into your Steinberg account.
So, maybe that’s worth checking.
Normally that SDA than takes care of all the rest.

it did not help. I think there is an another reason. The installer closes in a few seconds and there is nothing in Task Manager. also, after installing the cubase happening this!
