Error during log in

Dear reader, when I try to log in to VST Transit Go, I get the following error message:

Can anyone tell me how to register? I tried but can’t come thru. Kind regards.

Hi,

sorry, a “Register Now” button is missing on that view. It’s already fixed with version 1.0.2 which is coming soon. Meanwhile : Go the login-view (click to the upper-right corner) and hit the “Create Account” button. When the MySteinberg Site is visible, login with your MySteinberg account and a license of VST Transit Go will be registered to your account.

Dear Michael, thanks for your reply. I have tried this but it doesn’t work. I still get the same error message. When I look at “my products” on my account page, Transit Go doesn’t show up. What am I doing wrong?

I am now able to login and work on my iPad and my PC.
