Error help needed (in Canada - no other support available)

Hi, Cubase 10.0 was working well for years, but I now receive this error msg when I try to select a VST instrument. Win 10 / 64 / 40GB RAM. Error & DMP attached. Steinberg Canada has never gotten back to me, and support tickets aren’t available here. So, nice job Steinberg. :confused:

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?
