Error license Halion Sonic 5

Hi,

I buy a new pc and I reinstalled windows 10

After installed windows 10 I install Halion 5, Halion 6 and Halion HSO.

Problem is system error license for Halion 5 and HSO. On old pc work all products now work just Halion 6.

I try to contact distribuitor but they tell me can’t help with that.

Please how can resolve that and why can open a ticket on steinberg site ?

I did similar and it seems that HALion 6 licence does not recognized by HALion 5 software.
