Error reporting

When using Avid Eucon software, there is option to send crashlogs to Avid when eucon crashes.
A popup shows up, send to Avid yes/no and they prioritize development and bug fixing based upin these reports.

I feel that Steinberg should do the same, just pull the crashlog when it crashes, rather than putting the burden of opening tickets on the customer. Just send over the crashlog and prioritize by volume.
