Download assistant is broken. Windows 11 Cubase

Sorry I will be more specific. First of all, I’ve ran the installers separately from here, which is what I meant by manual installers.: So I install everything. I launch Download Assistant. I click on Cubase Pro 14. First it says: "An error occurred while downloading “Cubase 14.0.10 - Application (required). Please try again later.” I change the directory to try install it in another directory. I press “Install” on Cubase 14.0.10. Then a new error window shows up, saying: “Steinberg Downl…
