I have raised a ticket over a week ago no reply yet
I have somehow got 2 esoft licences in mysteinberg
one is with elements in, the other empty
have downloaded elements and try to activate but
only sees the empty one ?

Did you want to reactivate to a new Soft-eLicenser (new system)?
