You’re not alone Have a look at this:

To ensure that you are able to use Etude Elements after installing it, please run Steinberg Activation Manager and click the “refresh” button in the top right-hand corner while holding Shift. This will refresh your licenses, and ensure that your Dorico Pro 6 or Dorico Elements 6 license is updated to include Etude Elements.
