Exception Occured On Waves plugins

Getting error message on waves plugins after closing plugin(after edit):

An Exeption occured save your work and restart the application. The exception was thrown becuase of the plugin Q10. Also getting this on ssl eq

Anyone else gotten this or know what to do? reinstal windows or buy 7!? Wondering what to do!


Windows 7 64bit
Cubase 6.5 32
AMD 4ghz 16gb ram

updating:

Uninstalling waves and reinstalling using offline installer!
This was only on waves plugin. I tested a copressor in cubase and it worked properly.
