Say you have a Montage with clips in the following order:
clip 1, clip2, clip3, clip4, clip 5, clip6
What is the easiest way to exchange the positions of clip2 and clip5 (so the the new order is: clip 1, clip5, clip3, clip4, clip 2, clip6)?

I would activate Ripple on track, then I would cut the clip, and paste it where you want.
If the clips are titles (i.e. surrounded by title markers), then instead, you can simply drag and drop the title in the Album window, to reorder them.
