Exclude midi ports from scan

When Cubase starts, the MIDI inputs are scanned and made available in Cubase.

During scanning, Cubase disconnects the connection between the Bome Translator and TotalMix.
The same thing happens when connecting directly from the hardware controller to TotalMix.
All MIDI ports are scanned and interrupted in the process.
I would like Cubase to exclude this port from the start.
How can I do this?

I did following things:
Hiding the port in Studio Settings. Also related to deleting the MIDI Device.bin file from the Roaming folder.

I also tried switching TotalMix and Bome Translator to OSC, because Cubase can’t do that.
But unfortunately, the Translator can’t do that either.

It would be overkill.
