Expansion Purple, playing in GA stand alone, but cubase elements 11 does not see the license

Hi All, i am having this license problem with the GA expansion Purple.
I have bought it, dowloaded it. In the download assistant it says that the license will automatically activate when Purple is started.

When I launch Cubase 11 Elements, on starting up, it immediately says that no license was found for Purple.

When I launch the stand alone Groove Agent, I do see and can use the Purple expansion there.

Note: the license is also not visible in eLicenser.
Any one with a solution, please?
