Long time no see guys!
Came across an issue when dealing with narrowing down two sets of two drums each in grid format. Already figured out I have to add dynamics in separately for the grid which makes some sense. I am now trying to make the first bar here mirror the third bar in this example, with the explicit rests in the bottom voices visible. The first bar here is a beginning of a section so that’s why they aren’t showing.
This situation is pretty similar to what is outlined here (Steinberg) but these aren’t voices really, so I can see why that doesn’t seem to get what I’m hoping for here.
Any help on how to get what I’m looking for? Thanks in advance.
