I want to export my song to another daws(Sonar and ProTools) for further mixing and mastering.
My track contains midi, wav and automation.
Wich is the best way to do to without failures?
I suggest exporting all tracks as audio stems. I am not sure if midi and plugins transfer properly between daws.

Only wav audio exported. Midi and automation not.
Anybody an idea? This is a disaster.
Try OMF v2, it’s in Cubase 8 pro, other version I do not know and at the moment as I have no access to my laptop for checking C8 artist. But I think OMF can also save some automation with the project, re-open it with sonar or protools.
