You can find very useful article about the Cubasis Importer here. You can find even the list of plug-ins, which are transferred from Cubasis to Cubase.
There is no Instrument assigned to your Instrument track(s). Most probably you didn’t use any Cubasis Importer supported instrument. Of course, you can choose the instrument manually to any track in Cubase.
