According to Dorico Manual, I should be able to export audio from my score by going to ‘File > Export > Audio’.
However, when I go to ‘File > Export’ the only 3 options available are: flows, midi, and tempo track (please, see photo).
Could you please advice?
Are you using Dorico 3.0.0? If so, you should update to 3.1

There was an issue with the eLicenser which had the effect that the export function got missing. Either you downwload the latest eLicenser Control software from https://www.steinberg.net/en/company/technologies/elicenser.html or - as pianoleo already suggested - upgrade to Dorico 3.1 using the Steinberg Download Assistant. That installer will also upgrade to the latest eLicenser Control.
PDF export goes via the Print module where you change the Destination from Printer to Graphics where you will see various PDF and other graphic options. I’d initially also assumed that it would be in the file -->export as in most other software but it does make sense what Dorico has done.
