I use export midi loop a lot. It’s been my go to place to store quick sketches I might have done on piano, which I can than easily import into another session by just dragging it in.
Frustratingly, export midi loop only works from instrument tracks, which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, as at the end of the day it’s just midi data (with the sole difference being that it can also store what instrument was used).
So, my request is to allow users to export midi loops from any midi channel…it’s a small change, but a significant one for a good workflow.
