Export mix imports at the Bottom of project? Issue?

I have just moved to Cubase 14 and for some reason when I export a Mix it imports the Audio underneath the selected Audio track. I had it set to import at the bottom at the project in C13. I cant find this in preferences Could anyone point to the setting for import at the bottom of the project?

There is a setting in the Mixdown dialog where you can select what happens after the audio export. Maybe “Create Audio Track” is selected in your case:

Hey Thats right I have the create audio track setting on and import into my project but the problem is the Audio file that gets created is placed under any selected Channel. I would like it to created audio track at the bottom of the project, as it used to do in C13. I can’t find the setting for this though?

Sorry, I obviously hadn’t read your question properly. As far as I can tell, there’s no option to always append the created audio track at the end of the project. Not sure if the behavior was changed intentionally or if it’s a bug.

I’ll try to report it as it def didn’t used to behave like this in earlier versions

Same here. The exported tracks used to appear at the bottom of my tracks now they reside next to the midi track they were exported from. Was a solution found for this?

EDIT (6-4-25): If I select the very bottom track before I export then the rendered track appears at the bottom.
