Export Selected Events - as Mp3

All in the title really.

I love the new option to export directly from event to .wav. It is especially handy to be able to transfer the channel name. But I am often coming up against wanting to export a number of events as mp3s. So, I would really like to see this as an addition please.

I am personally getting on very well with Cubase Pro 12.0.20, the one freezing issue I still sometimes have seems to be a plug in (BFD3). Performance and stability here is good.

Yeah seriously
ā€¦ especially for selected events which are very likely to be ideas or something raw for later development. For these, Iā€™m sure no one wants their hard drive quickly being consumed by far bigger WAV files compared to mp3.
