I bought the cubase elements 9. Everything is working well but every time I
try to export on mp3 I get this message: “unexpected error”, and the
process stops. If I do it on wave format it works well.
Does anyone can tell me what’s going on?

I would try to uninstall Cubase and install it again. Maybe also try to run eLCC as Administrator, and trigger Maintenance.
