Exporting Audio in MP3 will not rewrite.

Cubase will not REWRITE file on Export Audio, will keep asking you to confirm
and you will do so but it will not rewrite, brings you back to rename.

Create a music (Audio/MIDI) Track, go to Export and choose export as MP3.
Export it and then try to export again under the same name. It will not overwrite
the MP3 file, will just keep asking you to confirm. Its very annoying if you want to rewrite the MP3.

Exporting to the same filename is overwriting ok for me.

Agreed. I export to mp3 and overwrite it to the same file name all day long with no problems.
The OP’s signature lists CB 6.5. Maybe an issue with that?? I dunno… :question:
