Keep the track automation “Read” function activated when you export the audio track and the resultant audio file will have whatever automation attributes you assigned.

I don’t think that is possible. If the volume automation was clip based you could use OMF2.0. However I see no way of converting regular volume automation to clip based other than doing it by hand.
