Once i create a macro i would like to know in which folder it is saved in preference pane as i would like to export it in order to use it in another Cubase based in another computer

How will they find it? Macros aren’t mentioned in that list.
Macros are saved in Key Command presets. So, save one, and the file will be in the corresponding presets folder. I could have given you the paths to the files, but you didn’t specify your OS.
