Does anyone know if Cubase LE can export stems so each track could be it’s own .wav file and importable into a multitrack player such as Prime? Based on a couple of videos I’ve watched, it looks like Cubase Pro can but I don’t see that option in my version. TIA.

No, this is possible one by one only in Cubase LE. You always have to Solo the track and export it.
Cubase Pro is the only one edition, where you can export Multi Channels at once.
