Expression Map is not working for Kontakt

Hi, I have started using the Dorico SE recently. I was exploring the Expression map in Dorico and watched mostly all the video tutorials available on YouTube. I wanted to use a solo clarinet from Spitefire Woodwind and I used the Kontakt version of this library. I have followed the same steps mentioned in all the tutorials but the key switches are not working on Kontakt. After I saved the “end point” it showed the name of the articulation on the playing technique tab but the sample donest change. Would anyone be able to help me sort this out

The first thing to check is that you’ve got the right octave for your KSes.

Because Middle C can be called C3, or C4, or C5 !! it’s easy to get the wrong octave number.

Thanks so much…
I have tried changing the key switch note in Kontakt and moved an octave up and it’s working now.
I was doing the expression map. It was working fine with all the articulations except “Staccato”. I have mapped the staccato key switch correctly but when I add a staccato in the “Write mode” that key switch is not working instead it’s working correctly on “Staccato Tenuto”. Wondering is there a solution for this one

What is the note duration you put the staccato on? You might want to check this setting:
Playback Options → Timing → Note Durations → Maximum duration for staccato playback technique
