Expression maps

I use Finale with Garritan Personal Orchestra VST. When in Cubase, I try to load an expression map, it takes to the correct directory and shows me list of GPO expression maps and when I select one and click “load” nothing happens. Not sure if I’m using expression maps correctly or is it that GPO expression maps are not supported by Cubase.

Are you loading the Map from the VST Expression Setup window?
When you say “nothing happens”, do you mean that it doesn’t even load into the Setup window, or that the newly-loaded map doesn’t seem to be doing anything?
If the latter is the case, don’t forget that you still have to then select that Map for the desired MIDI track, In the Inspector for that track in the Project window.

I found out what the problem was. I had to run Cubase as Administrator.
