expressions visible to all players

Hi, I’d like to have some custom expressions visible to all members of an orchestra. For example, specifying that a given bar/fermata should last 15". Advice for this?

The System Text tool (ALT+SHIFT+X), will place the text on every part, and only 1 place in the score.
