I create an expression map in dorico 4 for Opus orchestraFrench Horn solo and this works well,
however when I open a new score for the same instrument I cannot find the expression map I previously made in the Dorico Expression Map Library.
How can I save my newly created expression map so that is always listed in the Library.

You could consider making a playback template that includes your expression map, and then you can apply that when you start a new project (or set it to be the default playback template for newly-created projects as specified on the Play page of Preferences). There’s no way to save an expression map on its own such that it is always available in newly-created projects.
