Is it somehow possible, to extend the bar length / distance so it matches my recording?
As far as I figured out there isn’t, but apparently it’s possible to accomplish this goal using the timestretch feature?
Switch track time base to Linear and adjust tempo until the bars match the note events. Then switch time base back to Musical.

Apparently the official docs are outdated, and it’s completely unclear where the time base option is in Cubase 13 though… was looking for it without much success
Do all events perfectly align after you have set the correct tempo for the first notes? In other words, is the track played tight? If not you’ll have to employ an additional approach. But first things first.
The note events probably need to be moved to the right place after adjusting the tempo.
