External Blackmagic Decklink Video Monitor

Hi All

I have Blackmagic Decklink video card installed on my PC which is supported by Cubase and allows me to display the video on a large external monitor for clients.

Is there a way that I can use the Decklink monitor in Dorico?

Welcome to the forum, James. I’m afraid at the moment Dorico does not have this same capability as Cubase, I’m sorry to say. It is something we may be able to add in a future version, but I can’t say when that might be.

Hi, I have also a request for using Dorico with Blackmagic Desktop Video.
I am using the UltraStudio Monitor 3G, any chance this will be supprted in the near future?

It’s not something that is currently in our plans.

Hi Dorico

I am sucessfully using Dorico to write music for media and it would be great to have external monitor capabilities.

With so many windows on the desktop monitor it is always getting covered up. But mostly, it’s a better experience.
