External effects plugin on a clip gives just a garbled mess. Audio works without the external plugin.
Where should I troubleshoot?
Windows 10 home, 64 bit, Prism Lyra 2. Works fine on the master section in 9.5
Does the same happen if you use it on Master Section, or on a track?
Try changing your audio buffer size.
Changing buffer fixed it. Although strangely enough, I changed the buffer to a smaller value.
From 1024 to 512, problem solved.

Same here. Only works on 256 samples. 512 somewhat improved it but higher buffers really garbled sound… Would like to work with a bigger buffer size.
Same here, had to go from 1024 to 512. Not a problem, but weird.
(at 44.1, btw, in case that is relevant.)
