EZ drummer 3 in Dorico 5.1?

Hello!
I bought EZdrummer 3 and would like to use the drum patterns in Dorico. It seems that I need a special percussion map (?) so that the drum patterns are shown/ played the same way in Dorico like in EZdrummer 3…?

Does anyone have experience in that?

Try the percussion maps I’ve built for Superior Drummer. Chances are they work (at least as a starting point). And modify them when needed (don’t forget to share!)

Hi all! I do revive this thread because I’ve been working on this Superior Drummer 3 Core revised, so that every technique available in that library can be played and imported. This means that every technique has to be a main technique. I’ve had to create something like 40 different playing/playback techniques. It’s certainly not suited to notation. Thank you very much for your answers! Is it correct to have a dorico file…? Shouldn’t it be a .doricolib-file…? Or is there a instruction how to deal with this dorico-file…?

Actually, eveything is in the Dorico file : the percussion map, which allows you to create playback templates, as well as documented examples of how it appears and sounds… So I thought it was the best way to share this work. Only sharing a doricolib file is ok but does not tell you much about what’s inside. Here, you see, and you can choose to change things as you please.
