F1 to F8 for Mackie control

When I assign shortcuts to F1 to F8 for my Mackie control, Cubase crashes when I render in place any instrument track. Everything comes back to normal when I delete my preferences.

What functions are assigned to the F-keys?

So you call the Render in Place from Mackie? Or via menu or KeyCommand?

Hello,
Actually, there is no relationship. I assign any fonction to the keys, close that window, render in place a track with multiple midi parts and Cubase crashes. So for now I work with C9, hoping that a solution comes (because this happens in C9.5).
