F3 to open mixer is not working

Hello,

When I click on F3 on my iMac, the mixer is not showing. Instead, it goes to what that function default is for the iMac. I also noticed this happens for F2 for the transport bar. I’ve looked in the manual in the mixer part, but couldn’t find anything there on this dilemma. I was curious if anyone knew how to fix this?

If your function keys are set to perform their OS-defined functions, then they won’t work as shortcuts in Dorico, I’m afraid. If you’d rather be able to use them in applications as shortcuts, you need to set the Use F1, F2 etc. keys as standard keys… option on the Keyboard pane of System Preferences.
