Im this close to effing ending it over this dogshit system. How in the actual ■■■■ am I supposed to implement a fade without being able to open the fade editor. The little Fades> is clickable in audio settings but everything after that is just greyed out. Ive looked at like 45 minutes worth of tutorials and every single one tells me to open fade editor. (yes Autofades do work no im not interested in them) please help ive got an asignment do in like 1 day and this is giving me a mental breakdown.

I’ve never used a fade but every item I’ve just read (from searching the manual) suggests that the fade editor edits existing fades ie it needs fades to edit.
Hope this helps.
yh thanks but no. I have fades on existing samples i downloaded. but it just wont work for my midi/other instrument tracks it dont got those little thingies in the top left and right corner to make a fade with. thx tho
Render the midi/instrument tracks to audio, then fade them. Then study some tutorials on the differences between midi and audio.
