I personally think that the option to change just the fader colours and leave the background (console) separate would be a really nice feature.
In my example here you can see it looks more like a console. sust saying I think it would be a nice option.
I’m guessing it would be a major pain to add to the code? No idea. Just thinking out loud.
You can already change the MixConsole fader colors in Preferences → User Interface → MixConsole Fader Colors, but it’s on track-type basis (which I like). You can set it to match your Track Type Default Colors if you want consistency in your MixConsole.
I remember back in the 90’s if you were using the Sadie DAW on December 25th the faders turned into Christmas trees, and snow men.
Yes, I’m aware of the track type colour option . and you can adjust the intensity and all that. I was referring to the ability to be able to change the induvial faders via the colour pallette. The same way we can now with channel colours .
e.g my audio drum track faders (yellow)
My audio vocal track faders (pink)
guitar track faders (green) etc…
I was just thinking it would be cool. Sometimes I find too much color distracting. But I want some colour for fast identifying. A little dab will do ya, as they say.
