I’m having this issue with my Faderport 8, I can’t assign new commands in my Faderport 8 in Cubase 9.5.

when i try to assign new commands it does not work at all

If some one a find a solution about this issue post a reply in this post.
I try to contact presonus support and they told me that this a cubase issue not a faderport issue.

Hi,
I have the same Problem. With the older Firmware it was possible to assign commands to the alt keys.
After updating to the latest version it stopped working. Not possible to assign the alt keys again.
Do you have a solution for it meanwhile?
