Faders on Console

Phil the first part i understand perfectly and in some respect i agree with you BUT if something has been altered to the state that things are near enough unusable then it’s and issue and deserves complaining about , If it can’t be fixed via help from anyone in the forum then why not just let Steinberg deal with the complaints in this thread If you know there’s no resolve .
Please bare in mind we have visual impairment , in my case one eye amputated with the cross talk of visual nerve endings darting around like the surface of the sun without colour in my remaining eye so , the fader caps are an issue .
There’s tons of threads on the forums of people complaining and unless you are in the situation of have power to resolve the issue then shouldn’t it be left to Steinberg ?
No disrespect intended

I completely understand.

Al I am saying is, if someone tries to help, and the issue cannot be resolved, please try not to bite their head off.

btw. about the other comments, I will Pm you.

Still nothing has been done and i am complaining!!
Steinberg have changed the fader caps and it looks horrible to the eye because of the bad shading which to me and others is like looking at 3D without the glasses.
Everything else in Cubase 13 is in focus to me.
If that cannot be done, can we have the option of using Cubase 12 fader caps???
Also we have paid a lot for this program and the customer should always come first.
Why is it all othe Daws have pristine looking fader caps. Just look at Mixcraft a cheap daw.
Can Steinberg please rectify this problem for people who wear glasses and have other problems I have great vision with glasses for my age.
Just hope Cubase 14 addresses this issue if nobody listens.
One year has passed and not even a decent reply from any Steinberg agents.
I answer to Phil, I have tried fiddling for ages with settings and no luck. It is all to do with the shading. That’s It. A simple problem to address by a designer. Again compare Cubase 12 to 13 Fader caps and you will see what i mean.

Fiddle all you like with the fader caps ,but cannot get them looking like Cubase 12. Surely someone can help us older guys out
