hey guys, first post here. I have a new desktop with amd 1700x 8core processor if that matter, (Dell Inspiron 5000 Series Desktop, AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Octa-Core Upto 3.8GHz, 16GB DDR4) and I may be having a driver issue. I have downloaded the current UR44 drivers, but ableton gives me this error “Failed to open the audio device ‘Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO’” when i select driver type, ASIO, and select YAMAHA Steinberg USB ASIO, which i believe is the option I need to use if I’m not mistaken. I have reinstalled ableton, and my steinberg drivers with no luck. could really use some guidance how to get my guitar working on ableton. thank you.
any ideas?
