I wonder if it possible to create custom links on the left side of the import audio file box.
I often search audio files in the same directories and I’d like to have them available in one click when I open the import audio file box.

No. Opens to last directory here.
If you’re talking about the large shortcut icons then you can customise them up to a point via the OS and you might find some more specific tweaks on those kinds of forums. (You don’t say whether you’re PC/Mac, btw)

Try Microsoft Answers or their KB. There are loads of tips sites but I don’t use any one in particular. Just ask the internet.
