Fastspring Payment problem : Payment done but update did not take place

Hello ,
Lately i updated my Cubase 13 to 14, Unfortunately the payment was debited from my account and we did not receive any confirmation for the same neither did we get the codes for the same.

We would really request you to look into the matter at the earliest as my ongoing projects will be affected.

Have you checked your correct email account? It is the one that you used when you paid - not the one you log in with into your Steinberg account. Both email accounts are independent from one another.

Also, look into your SPAM folder, please.

This is quite unusual. Once you paid the fee you should receive an email with the Download Acces Code!
