When working with multitrack audio quantization, I’d like to have the option to close the gaps without creating dedicated crossfades.
Since I’m always working with auto-crossfades activated (5ms), it’s completely redundant. Also moving edit transitions is much more complicated, because of all the crossfades.
I tried setting the crossfade length to zero, but it’s not possible. One is the minimum value.
While automatically creating crossfades might be useful for some users, there should be an option to just close the gaps without creating crossfades.
I found out, that for a workaround one could “remove fades” (audio menu) afterwards. But creating fades to remove fades is not exactly a streamlined workflow.
