Hello everyone,
I’ve noticed it is not possible to have both a fermata and a breath mark attached to the same note…
Is there a reason why these symbols are not compatible?

Yes, but it’s a technical one rather than a semantic one. The workaround is to enter one where you want it, then put the caret at a fractionally different position and insert the other one.

We haven’t found a solution for this in the last three years?
The solution remains the same.
Enter them at slightly different beat positions – could be a 32nd apart!
Or you can probably choose one of the other types of fermata (that you would rarely use) and edit its design to include a caesura in it.
