Fermata changes after updating

I’ve noticed that after updating Dorico to version 6.1.0.6067 (Sep 26, 2025), the fermata settings (hold and gap duration) behave differently than before. It’s not a major issue, but the change does affect the playback of existing projects.

There’s nothing in the notes about changes to this. You’re talking about the tempo for hold & gap ?

Can you supply an example project?

Yes, it seems related to the hold and gap settings, perhaps just the gap. In a flow I know very well (and with earlier audio exports to compare), I now hear a gap where none previously existed, even though the gap duration was set to 200. I’ll try to cut down the flow and upload it later today. As you mention, there’s nothing in the revision history to suggest any change to this functionality.
