Im standing before decission which audio interface to buy. The UR242 looks really interesting for me but i need to know a few things about it before i buy it. First of all is it possible to configure this interface to send line input signal directly to the output. For instance when i connect keyboard to the interface do I need to turn on the computer or Cubase to hear what I am playing or is it possible to configure it to work like mixer? And i want to know is the DSP usfull in post production. I mean… I know that DSP working when we insert a FX to the input than on the output we have signal with FX. But what if I record audio track and after that insert reverb/copressor/delay/etc… did the dsp working now or just my CPU like i have now? Thanks for any response, greetings!
